Matthieu Leonard

Co-Founder, COO

A hands-on Real Estate Investor with 6 years of real estate experience. While working at P&G, Matthieu managed 7-figure capital budgets and repeatedly delivered 6-figure annualized cost savings. These transferable skills are now invaluable to the flow of construction and day-to-day management at Olympus. Matthieu specializes in building science, devising strong construction plans and fostering reliable teams.

Ribhu Rampersad

Co-Founder, Investments

A savvy Real Estate Investor with 6 years of real estate experience. Strong Operations leader, gained through leading organizations of 120+ people while at P&G. Ribhu specializes in pulling together intricate deals, financing and building long term relationships. As a licenced Mortgage Agent, Ribhu has first hand experience navigating various financing strategies.  

Alexander Murphy

Co-Founder, CFO

A veteran residential Real Estate Investor. As an Engineering Director for P&G, Alexander manages large capital budgets across multiple regions and specializes in building smart capital allocation and deployment plans. With a strong background in project consulting, Alexander ensures Olympus’s general project direction stays on track.
